MARYLEE CAPULE, PT
PHYSICAL THERAPIST AND FOUNDER
Marylee "MAE" is a New Jersey licensed Physical Therapist, who has over 13 years of experience in treatments for sports related injuries, geriatric care, and various orthopedic conditions.
In January 2014, Marylee decided to open her very own practice and devote her time and knowledge to patient care.
Her skills continue to manifest through CEU courses and the growth of her professional experience. Such techniques include active release, muscle energy, strain counter strain, Mulligan's mobilization, trigger point therapy as well as utilizing the basics of soft tissue massage, joint mobilization, and passive stretching. These combined with good efficient exercise will allow her patients to rise above their limitations and step back into their lives amongst the rest of the world.
DR. RANDY LEVINE
Dr. Randy Levine earned his board certification from the National College of Chiropractic (now known as the University of Health Services) in 1993.
Over the past twenty-five years, Dr. Randy Levine has specialized in diversified, activator and rehabilitative techniques. This approach allows for treatment of all types of patients; from the young to the young at heart. He provides care and relief to patients that have suffered injury resulting from sports to automobile accidents to everyday activities.
Dr. Levine was voted Best Chiropractor in Mercer County 2006-2011. In his spare time, Dr. Levine likes bowling, listening to music and coaching soccer and baseball teams.
JUSTIN TENNANT, PT
Justin Tennant is a New Jersey native. He attended the University of Delaware, receiving his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, as well as, a minor in Strength and Conditioning. Justin would continue his studies, later earning a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and a Masters in Anatomy and Clinical Health Science from the University of Delaware.
Throughout his professional career, Justin has continued to apply and further expand upon his clinical skills and expertise in order to successfully assist with achieving patients’ goals and returning athletes to their peak condition. Justin is very excited to be part of the Navesink Rehab team where he hopes to apply his knowledge towards his ultimate goal of helping patients: better recover from injury. achieve peak health and performance; and reach all of their health, function and sports related goals.
Heather Andrews, PT
Heather Andrews,is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant A graduate of Union County College with an Associate in Applied Science.
She is also a certified instructor in Tai Chi for Rehabilitation. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing various team sports, and being outdoors.
SUNG YOUN LEE, L.AC.
Sung Youn Lee is a licensed Acupuncturist in both the states of New Jersey and New York. Sung Youn Lee was born into a family that practices Oriental Medicine, his father being author to many medical books pertaining to Oriental Medicine in Korea. Lee’s education is extensive. He attended Chung-Ang University from 1982-1987 and Michigan State University from 1988-1990. He also completed a 3,750-hour program of academic courses and an internship at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York from 2013-2018.
Sung Youn Lee has mastered: Chinese Herbal Medicine; finely-honed differential diagnosis and treatment; and pain-free needling. Moreover, he practices different acupuncture styles such as Master Tung and trigger points. In addition to this, he specializes in the treatment of insomnia, anxiety, depression, and headaches.
When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family. Lee lives with his wife, two children, cat and dog. He is also a Master at Kendo, a form of Japanese martial arts, which he has been practicing for over 30 years.
SIEGLINDE WINTER, LMT
Over the years, Sieglinde has helped people with a wide range of medical issues including chronic pain, muscle tension, stress, post-surgery recovery, headaches, arthritis, asthma, carpal tunnel syndrome, sinusitis, anxiety and depression. Everyone can benefit from a therapeutic massage as this form of self care can play a huge part in how healthy you'll be and how youthful you'll remain with each passing year. Sieglinde Winter is a NJ State Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Health Coach. She is a member of the American Massage Therapist Association where she serves on the Board of the NJ Chapter. She is also actively involved in the AMTA Sports Team and participates in numerous sporting events throughout the state. Sieglinde customizes every treatment to her clients' needs and utilizes various modalities including: Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports, Trigger Point, Myofascial, and Pregnancy massage. Her focus is to help improve the physical health and well-being of her clients.
