Marylee Capule, PT
Marylee "MAE" is a New Jersey licensed Physical Therapist, who has over 10 years of experience in treatments for sports related injuries, geriatric care, and various orthopedic conditions.
Her skills continue to manifest through CEU courses and the growth of her professional experience. Such techniques include active release , muscle energy, strain counter strain, Mulligan's mobization, trigger point therapy as well as utilizing the basics of soft tissue massage, joint mobilization, and passive stretching. These combined with good efficient exercise will allow her patients to rise above their limitations and step back into their lives amongst the rest of the world.
Edward K. Rodriguez, PT
Edward K. Rodriguez is a New Jersey licensed Physical Therapist. He has over 14 years of clinical experience in the rehabilitation of sports injuries and various orthopedic musculoskeletal conditions. His manual skills include joint mobilization techniques, stretching, muscle energy, and soft tissue manipulation. His knowledge and training is continuously updated through CEU courses which have been focused on various evidence-based treatments for the shoulder, hip, knee, ankle, neck and back as well as balance in both the adolescent and geriatric populations. He has a keen understanding of patients' limitations, an eye for recognizing muscle/postural imbalances and an esteemed ability to execute customized goal-oriented exercises. His passion is to give great care and patient education to help enable his patients to achieve a better function in life.
Mae and Ed work collaboratively in giving profound treatment to all of their patients. Most, if not all treatment plans, include manual therapy combined with a highly personalized custom-made exercise program. Throughout the duration of patient care, daily assessments allow the therapists to progress their patients, bringing them to their optimal performance.
Heather Andrews, PTA
Heather Andrews, PTA is a licensed Physical Therapist and board-certified in the State of New Jersey since 2014. A graduate of Union County College's program with an Associate's in Applied Science. She is also a certified instructor in Tai Chi for Rehabilitation. In her spare time, enjoys spending time with friends and family, various team sports, and nature.
Dr. Randy Levine
Dr. Randy Levine earned his Board certification from the National College of Chiropractic (now known as the University of Health Services) in 1993. Over the past twenty-five years, Dr. Randy Levine has specialized in diversified, activator and rehabilitative techniques. This approach allows for treatment of all types of patients; from the young to the young at heart. He provides care and relief to patients that have suffered injury resulting from sports to automobile accidents to everyday activities. Dr. Levine was voted Best Chiropractor in Mercer County 2006-2011. In his spare time, Dr. Levine likes bowling, listening to music and coaching soccer and baseball teams.
Ranko Tutulugdzija, L.Ac., A.P
Ranko (ron-co) joins Navesink Rehab with a wealth of experience, going on 10 years of practice, Ranko has worked in the forefront of acupuncture integration into bio-medical treatments. Starting in a major surgery center in Newport Beach, California, Ranko got to work directly with neuro + orthopedic surgeons, joining the care of some of the most difficult spine and pain cases in medicine. While practicing in Califorina, Ranko also worked with physicians from UC Irvine medical center. Seeing patients with complex fertility problems, facial paralysis, chronic fatigue, and auto-immune cases.
Ranko spent 8 years in school at UC Santa Barbara, U. Illinois Chicago and 4 years in an acupuncture medical school, and additional time as a patient/student in Beijing/Nanjing China. In China Ranko learned and received treatment from some of the best acupuncturists in mainland China.This experience gave him new insight and understanding on pathology, treatment duration, needle placement, and overall strategies that are lacking in the United States. Ranko has worked with and in Internal Medicine offices, multi-disciplinary pain clinics, anesthesiologist offices. He has given thousands of treatments and can confidently handle a spectrum of disease, from addiction to intestinal conditions, from post-stroke care to chronic idiopathic migraines.
His treatment approach is gentle, targeting the para-sympathetic nervous system, and fascia, to create deep tissue activity both locally and distally in the central nervous system. He explains acupuncture having biological/physiological attributes, and practices a more advanced type of bio - acupuncture.
Ranko has produced/co-directed an award winning soccer documentary, and is the author of multiple books. He is married to Leanne, and notes his love for animals and island travel.
Sieglinde Winter, LMT
Over the years, Sieglinde has helped people with a wide range of medical issues including chronic pain, muscle tension, stress, post-surgery recovery, headaches, arthritis, asthma, carpal tunnel syndrome, sinusitis, anxiety and depression. Everyone can benefit from a therapeutic massage as this form of self care can play a huge part in how healthy you'll be and how youthful you'll remain with each passing year. Sieglinde Winter is a NJ State Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Health Coach. She is a member of the American Massage Therapist Association where she serves on the Board of the NJ Chapter. She is also actively involved in the AMTA Sports Team and participates in numerous sporting events throughout the state. Sieglinde customizes every treatment to her clients' needs and utilizes various modalities including: Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports, Trigger Point, Myofascial, and Pregnancy massage. Her focus is to help improve the physical health and well-being of her clients.
